Episode Twelve-Veteran Wellness and Nature with Hailie Cochran

Dr. Mark A. Campbell Season 1 Episode 12

We'd love to hear from you about this episode.

Active Duty Military members and Veterans of military service will always hold a special place for both of us.

We have a rich background of service, either in defending our nation and/or serving those who do. Doing so will continue to be one of our greatest honors and biggest passions.

Veterans face unique challenges, born of challenging circumstances, which require a creative type of treatment and care.

Welcome to Episode Twelve of The Nature of Wellness Podcast.

On the latest episode, we sat down with Hailie Cochran, a Health and Wellness Coach, educator, and Health System Specialist at the US Department of Veterans Affairs.

Hailie discusses the role of health and wellness coaching, the need for nature as part of healing, and the tremendous (and progressive) programming available to the veteran population.

Join us as we talk to Hailie about her path in healthcare, how she interacts with the natural world to recharge as a caregiver, and the power of congregating outside.

This was truly a healing conversation.

Please subscribe, rate, and leave a review anywhere you listen to this podcast. It will help us extend the reach of these powerful messages.

We appreciate you all.
